Shipping Policies

At Starlight Fundraisers, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shipping experience. Here are our shipping policies:

Fundraiser Bulk Orders:
For orders placed by Gordon Elementary School as part of a fundraising event, delivery to the school is free of charge. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of the bulk order for delivery.

Online Orders during Fundraising Event:
During the actual fundraising event, customers placing orders online have the option to select “Free Shipping.” These orders will be boxed separately, by customer, and delivered together with the bulk fundraising order.

Online Orders for Direct Shipping:
Orders placed online during the fundraiser and designated for direct shipping will be processed within 7-10 business days. A flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 will apply for these orders.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, ensuring that you receive your products in a timely manner.
